About Waiea
Developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation, Waiea was designed with the intent of it being the crown jewel and showpiece complex to anchor the master planned Ward Village community. Waiea’s sweeping, unrivaled glass exterior and spacious view driven interiors, represents the new bar of architectural sophistication never before seen in Hawaii.
The glass facade of Waiea is an ode to the Ala Moana surf break fronting the tower, it is meant to mimic the rolling waves of Ala Moana Beach Park. With only 171 units, the developers chose to focus on quality over quantity; every single design detail came down to maximizing function and aesthetic appeal.
